With the deepening of the new strategic partnership between China and Africa, at the invitation of Rwandan President Kagame, Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to Rwanda. In addition, the 2018 China-Africa cooperation BBS summit will be held in Beijing in September 2018. All this marks a new era for China-Africa cooperation and development. As a member of China-Africa cooperation, Forever Technology attaches great importance to cooperation in the field of science and technology in China and Africa. In 2016, Forever Technology won the bid for the Rwanda Smart Grid Informatization Project funded by the World Bank, and continued to explore cooperation areas in the implementation of the project following the national policy. The company's FOREVER TVET INSTITUTE in Rwanda has recently obtained the vocational and technical education training qualification certificate issued by the Rwandan Workforce Development Agency (WDA), which not only reflects the local education authorities' operation of Forever Vocational and Technical College, and also marks Forever Technology's important step in the direction of systemization, standardization and standardization of overseas vocational skills training, laying a solid foundation for the company's follow-up "Internet" vocational education and training development.

In February 2018, Forever Technology and the Rwandan Workforce Development Agency (WDA) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on vocational skills training, and invested in Rwanda to establish Forever Technology Development Co., Ltd., which focuses on education and training, and established Forever Vocational and Technical College. In just 5 months, Forever Technology not only installed a batch of the most advanced teaching equipment in the local campus of Rwanda, but also sent Rwandan trainers to China to study and return to China to teach, and has already launched the first phase of the project in Rwanda. In May 2018, the college signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the domestic Xilin Gol Vocational College to aggregate domestic excellent teachers resources and jointly promote the development of human resources in China-Africa cooperation. In July, the college signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Rwandan overseas Chinese association to work with Rwandan Chinese-funded enterprises to jointly cultivate the "knowledge economy" industrial ecology in Rwanda. Through a series of extensive and in-depth cooperation, we will improve the employment skills of young talents, stimulate investment in science and technology projects, promote the harmonious development of Rwandan talents and society, and help Rwanda's 2020 national vision plan.
